Certified Association Executive Program added to Part A - Fully Funded Scholarships
The ASI SMART Company Scholarship Fund is pleased to announce that the Certified Association Executive (CAE®) Program has been added to Part A (Fully Funded Education Scholarships) of the fund.
This designation program is offered by the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) in collaboration with the Australian Society of Association Executives (AuSAE). For further information about the CAE® Program contact AuSAE at www.ausae.org.au or go here.

Funding round closes on March 10, 2011
The ASI SMART Company Scholarship Fund’s latest round of funding closes soon. If you’re eager to undertake some professional development this year now is the time to apply for financial assistance through the fund.
The fund offers financial assistance exclusively to staff working in Not-For-Profit organisations in the Asia-Pacific region to undertake professional development - attend a training course, conference or workshop. Over the past five years more than 100 individuals have benefitted.
There is a broad range of fully funded and part funding opportunities on offer. The current funding round closes on Thursday 10 March 2011 so be sure to get your application in now.
Fully funded scholarships (Part A) are available for:
• Certified Association Executive (CAE®) Program - NEW!
• FIA & FINZ Skills 1,2,3
• Associations Forum Workshops
• American Society of Association Executives Web Based Courses
• Association of Fundraising Professionals Web Conferences; and
• Association for Healthcare Philanthropy Virtual Learning Series.
Additionally, subsidies (Part B) are also available for:
• Associations Forum CEO Symposium
• Diploma of Fundraising Management
• Company Directors Course
• QUT’s Graduate Certificate in Business - Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies; and
• UQ’s Leadership in the Not for Profit Sector course
Open Funding (Part C): If you have a specific course or a qualification you wish to complete, Part C of the fund offers up to $1000 per individual for courses not offered in Part A and Part B. Part C is exclusively available to staff at iMIS & Donor Management customer organisations that are current with their Software Update Plan.
