Review Panel
The Review Panel consists of:
- ASI’s Managing Director
- ASI’s Director Administration/Human Resources, and
- an ASI employee invited on a rotational basis each quarter.

Helpful Hints to Consider When Applying
Selection will be on a competitive basis. The Review Panel will review the
applications against the stated eligibility criteria and the ‘SMART Company’ principles
of:
- S - Skills – you need to know the basics
- M – Masters – once you know the basics, you need to become a master
- A – Accreditation – where possible, you will become accredited in your profession
- R – Recognition – you will be recognised for all your educational achievements
- T – Timely – this is a call to action now, not something to be done later.
Other factors considered by the Review Panel include:
- Applicant’s commitment to the sector;
- Applicant’s commitment to learning and education;
- Contribution to organisation and/or sector potentially realised from the learning outcomes of the course; and
- Relevancy of course to core job responsibility (current or future position).
